Leading sheep to the slaughter house.
NRLA now part of Government establishment.
Thing is I would think they haven’t a clue what’s going to happen in next 12 months. Have an idea possible but no definite one. So what a waste of time. Scare mongering time. Wait and see - got an election sometime this yr . That could put cat amongst the pigeons.
Bad idea to tell landlords what (nightmares) to expect in the next 12 months, surely that just encourages them to sell up or increase rents?
PS I was wondering where it is - Uttlesford is a local government district in Essex, England. Its council is based in the town of Saffron Walden. The district also includes the town of Great Dunmow and numerous villages, including Stansted Mountfitchet, Takeley, Elsenham, Thaxted, and Newport.
Norwich tried it once I did go very few landlords there it was a joke, never bothered again
What landlords should expect in the next 12 months is to be totally let down by NRLA! They are not fighting our corner.
Never ever ever ever go with a council. A barrel load of aggravation and bureaucracy.
John: 100% agree. Should be every landlords mantra ‘never trust a council’!
