What's the general consensus on the usefulness of boards? There have been plenty of articles on EAT and LAT in recent years about this topic. Unsurprisingly, the debate often proves divisive. Some say they're old-fashioned and ineffective, especially in a day and age where the majority of people start their property searches online. Others say they can still be very useful as a marketing tool and in giving an agent a presence in the wider community. People often complain that they're too much of an eyesore and aren't removed quickly enough once a house comes off the market. On this point, I agree. I also agree they seem a bit outdated in a multimedia, technology-heavy world. But I do still think they serve a purpose from a marketing perspective. Thoughts?
