Why did you decide to create Ready Rentals?

Due to the ever increasing raft of Legislation and Obligations being imposed on Private Landlords, I saw an increasing number of self managing landlords approaching us and looking for support to keep them up to date and on the right side of the Legislation. This combined with the power of the internet makes it possible to remotely support these Landlords without the requirement for them to appoint an Agent.

Why do you think it is going to be a must for Private Landlords?

The rental market is becoming more and more competitive and Private Landlords are increasingly feeling the pressure. Tenants are becoming more astute and the legislators will soon be ‘breathing down their necks’ to ensure that all legal requirements are met.  Ready Rentals, who are regulated by the RICS, will offer an essential service to combat this by providing them with professional marketing support, sound advice, documentation and simple, easy-to-use systems to manage their property. All of these aspects will ensure that Private Landlords are ahead of the game - and the legislators.

What has been the biggest challenge in creating the system?

The back office programming. It was important for us to create easy-to-use, step by step procedures which will allow Landlords to provide a professional, seamless and compliant service to their Tenants and I am proud to say that we feel we have achieved this.

What can private landlords expect from Ready Rentals?

For an affordable Annual Membership, Private Landlords will in effect become their own individual micro-Letting Agent, with all the marketing tools and management systems needed to fully manage their portfolios, at their fingertips. The Management Resources are bursting with services and will allow for easy and seamless communications with third parties, along with the preparation and delivery of documents at the click of a button.
