Eviction firm launches no win, no fee service for landlords |
Friday 13th April 2012
Landlords looking to evict tenants in instances of disputes and severe payment arrears can now take advantage of a new ‘no win, no fee’ tenant eviction service.
Launched by Landlord Assist and claimed to be an industry first, it will enable landlords to gain repossession of their properties without having to pay large upfront fees.
Graham Kinnear, managing director at Landlord Assist, said: “We are often asked by potential clients what our success rate is in tenant eviction and we have always been proud to tell them that we have a 100% success record.
“We understand that this track record is quite unbelievable, so to avoid any doubt in people’s minds we decided to offer a ‘no win, no fee’ solution.”
The system means the client will only be billed once the firm has a possession order.
