London’s oldest lettings agency, Edmund Cude is to hold a seminar for landlords entitled ‘Property, Press and the Media – a symbiotic relationship?’
The seminar will be held in conjunction with the National Landlords Association at the Institute of Directors on Wednesday, April 25, at 7pm.
Focusing on the relationship between the property industry and the media, the seminar will ask to what extent the media affects or reflects the property market.
The panel is set to include London Evening Standard property journalists Mira Bar-Hillel, search agent Nicholas Ayre, auctioneer Gary Murphy, and Richard Blanco of the NLA.
Robert Nichols, director of Edmund Cude, said: “The property industry has changed somewhat since Edmund Cude first opened for business in 1818. Property media is a relatively new phenomenon and one that helps shape everything from market trends to how the public perceive our industry.
“I am delighted to offer landlords and investors the opportunity to come and discuss the various questions around the media’s role within the property industry and I look forward to an informed discussion that will hopefully outline how both sectors can do more to better the relationship.”
