A property investment show is being held this Thursday at the Croydon Park Hotel, Croydon, Surrey.
The organisers are Tenants History, who will be holding four more roadshows in what they believe are buy-to-let hotspots.
Each event will feature a variety of services within the industry, and advice on subjects ranging from taxation, mortgages and referencing, to HMOs, insurance and tenancy deposit schemes.
Speakers this Thursday include Simon Wadsworth of Croydon Council on Universal Credit, who said: “Croydon Council are pleased to be a sponsor of this event.
“As a keynote speaker I am looking forward to showing how an investor in buy-to-let can benefit from a long-term, secure return through working with local authorities.”
