A letting venture has launched that will help London property owners maximise their income during next year’s Olympics.
Accommodation for the Games has linked up with concierge and lifestyle management company Buy Time.
Together the two firms will offer both property owners and visitors a complete service, including the rental agreement, from meeting the tenants at airports and train stations, to cleaning the property, shopping for them, arranging visits to restaurants and shows, and providing a PA service available 24/7.
Rex Batey, managing director of Accommodation for the Games, said: “Some people need a helping hand when renting out their property.
“As well as having the option to do it themselves and advertise directly on our website, they can now use the expert service from our new partner, Buy Time, which helps them manage all aspects of a short-term rental and enables them to offer a gold standard service to their tenants.”
The Accommodation for the Games website showcases accommodation of all varieties, including hotels, campsites and private rental properties, and provides tourist information.
