The National Landlords Association has appointed two new non-executive directors – both experienced private landlords.

Tony Richard has been operating as a portfolio landlord for over 30 years. He has founded a number of successful businesses within the housing sector, before becoming a full-time professional landlord in 2000. He rejoins the NLA board after a two-year break.

Carolyn Uphill also has extensive experience operating as a professional landlord, as well as representing the NLA at a regional level for the past year. In addition, she has been at the helm of several successful business enterprises for over 30 years.
