Who are you?

Tobias Duczenko.

What does it say on your business card?

Managing Director (Founder).

How do you help landlords and property investors?

By providing honest and transparent advice, as well as finding and picking the right investments and managing their properties well. Our knowledge of Leeds is unparalleled thanks to our experienced team.

What services do you provide?

Lettings, property management and sales.

Does Zenko City Living benefit tenants, too?

Yes, we offer a redeposit scheme and always find the right property to suit them.

What is your greatest achievement in your current role and what made it so special?

Moving to our new office at Graphical House in the heart of Leeds city centre this summer. We tripled the size of our last office and have significantly grown the team as we gear up for growth.

What is the most satisfying part of your job?

Meeting new landlords in Leeds, and building long-term relationships with them.  Showcasing what our wonderful northern city has to offer investors never gets boring.

What do you see as the biggest challenge facing landlords at the moment?

Mortgage costs and new regulations. However, these costs are coming down and we are here to support and guide when it comes to compliance and regulations.

What is your property prediction for the next 12 months?

Interest rates reducing and mortgage rates starting to come down sooner rather than later.

Country house or city apartment?

City centre investment in Leeds and a country home for the family.

Trendy roof terrace or traditional English garden?

I love both!

Would you rather be a free-moving tenant or settled owner-occupier?

Owner occupier.

What is your favourite room in your home?

The kitchen – I love to cook and listen to music whilst creating tasty food for my family.

Homes under the Hammer or Location, Location, Location?

Location, Location, Location – always!
