If you're a hoping to net a rental bargain, Stoke is the place for you according to new football-related lettings research marking the release of the fixtures list for 2015-16.
The Potters ended their season on a high with a 6-1 thrashing of Liverpool, but the club is rock bottom in the Premier League table of high rent.
Research by letting agent Rentify shows that you can rent a two bedroom property in the ST4 postcode for £425 a week, compared to a hefty £2,000 a week in N7, the home of rent league-topping Arsenal.
Everton, Liverpool and Sunderland also face relegation in the table, while sky-high rents in London look to be the only way Tottenham can take a top four position.
It’s just for fun of course but provides more evidence of the capital’s soaring rents. Here’s the full league table

With Hull City's Nikica Jelavic rumoured to be seeking a loan move following his side's relegation, his reported £60,000 a week salary could rent a modest 141 properties in the Stoke area.
Elsewhere Raheem Sterling looks set to leave Liverpool, with Manchester City favourites to land his signature. Perhaps the decent rental prices will help seal the deal, with rent over three times more expensive in Arsenal and Chelsea than United's M16 postcode.
They could prove a draw for Gareth Bale too if he decides to return from Spain, with his current £300,000 a week salary enough to rent over 460 two bedroom properties in the area. At old club Tottenham Hotspur, if still on his Real Madrid wages, Bale would have 'only' been able to rent 200 properties of a similar size.

Haha! The only league Arsenal will be topping anytime soon. Sadly, as a Spurs fan, this is the only league where we'll end up in the top 4.
That might not be far off Liverpool's actual finishing position given the horrendous run of away games they start the season with :) Odds on Rodgers being the first manager to be sacked?
Surprising really that Arsenal pipped Chelsea to the top spot (for rent at least) thought Chelsea might have led the way!
So Southampton made the top 10 for high rents, great news for potential by-to-let landlords in the area!
