Tenant Shop, a rental sector services company which helps tenants and letting agents to manage utilities, has relocated after tripling the size of its team.
The firm – which is part of the Inchora Group – has moved its 50 employees into Inchora's brand new call centre in Grantham.
Inchora says it is already planning to create another 100 jobs at the site over the next 12 to 18 months by accelerating the growth of the property business and its other group companies.
Tenant Shop currently works with over 1,000 letting agents and claims to save the average tenant £154 in energy costs and £204 in media costs during a tenancy.

Mayor of Grantham, Councillor Jacky Smith, officially opened the Grantham Call Centre on Monday September 14.
