A shocking report has emerged claiming that landlords in the capital are offering young women free accommodation in exchange for sexual favours.

Landlords have posted appalling adverts for female tenants to live rent-free in luxury homes in exchange for “massages” and “adult fun”.

The adverts were published on classified website Craigslist with one offering luxury accommodation for free in exchange for “a 15 min adult cuddle once a week”.

A landlord with a property in south London stated that he was offering a room rent-free because he didn’t need the money. But he added: “I am prepared to let it out to the right girl in return for help around the house and adult fun. Details to be discussed. Must be discreet”.

Another landlord, who said his home features a swimming pool, spa, gym and tennis courts, posted an advert stating that he was only looking for a “pretty girl” and that only replies with photos would be considered.

The adverts appeared on Craigslist despite website policy stating that “offensive” or “obscene” posts are forbidden.
