Bitex Home has announced that it will be holding a residential property investment seminar next week in aid of LOROS – a hospice for cancer sufferers in Leicester.
Whether you are self-employed and wanting to add property to your pension plans, or whether you have a company pension and are looking to add to the pot, this property investment seminar, which will be held this Thursday, will aim to help provide investors with fresh ideas on how they can diversify income and investment streams from property.
The event will take place at Chutney Ivy Restaurant & Bar in the heart of the Cultural Quarter in Leicester City Centre between 6-9pm.
The factors currently affecting residential buy-to-let property sector, both good and bad, will also be discussed during the night.
Nic Rotton and John Murphy from Sterling Capital Reserve and Hemi Tanna from Bitex Home are the speakers on this seminar, with ample time for Q&A.
The ticket price of £15.00 will include food provided by Chutney Ivy and a drink of your choice. There will be plenty of opportunity for networking and sharing experiences. To book tickets - click here.
All proceeds from the event go to LOROS Hospice and a representative from the charity will be present to explain how the raised funds are used.
