Property licensing seminars launched in London

Property licensing seminars will be held in London to help landlords and letting agents make sense of what is required when it comes to property licensing in the capital.

The two and a half day seminars have been organised in conjunction with the National Approved Letting Scheme (NALS), with the first event set to be held on Thursday 22nd September in Kings Cross – click here for more information.

In addition to the licensing consultations already underway in Hammersmith & Fulham and Redbridge, a new licensing scheme in Ealing that will be starting soon.

“There has been a steady stream of new landlord prosecutions including one case where 24 people were found living in an HMO in Wembley,” said Richard Tacagni, managing director, London Property Licensing.
