New property management division set-up to help landlords increase yield within the secure framework of a guaranteed rental model.

Quarter has announced the creation of Property360 as it seeks to increasingly work with local landlords. Property360 will offer landlords a guaranteed monthly income on their property above the figure they could expect to receive on the rental market. Property360 will then use their 50 years of experience and teams of maintenance, cleaning and marketing professionals to rent out the property on short term lets. At the end of the contracted period, the property will then be returned to the landlord in a condition better than the state in which it was taken on. Quarter hope this will offer landlords a lucrative and hassle free alternative to traditional letting.

Quarter’s further expansion into this market is indicative of what is fast becoming one of the most active sectors of the property market. Despite already running over 60 short term lets, the company has consistently achieved a high occupancy rate on these properties and it is this success that has lead the business to invest more heavily in finding local Bristol landlords to work with.

Quarter is already the largest independent property and hotel group in Bristol, running 4 hotels, luxury serviced apartments, over 60 short let properties and multiple commercial premises. Amongst its portfolio are The Berkeley Square Hotel, The Washington, The Rodney, The Clifton and The Berkeley Suites. With just under 200 staff, they are one of the city’s largest independent employers.
