From unfavourable tax changes to tougher mortgage lending conditions, the past 18 months or so have been difficult for many buy-to-let landlords, and yet there may be even bigger challenges to come.

Venmore’s Southport Ball & Percival office will be hosting free a series of landlord networking events to help address any concerns you may have.

Each event will tackle a number of issues affecting landlords, tenants, finance, tax, legal changes, and much more.

Each event will have guest speakers from respective professional fields offering a talk and answering questions on pertinent issues that are either current or planned for the near future, issues that could have a direct impact on you as a landlord.

The events are free to attend, with the first networking session taking place on Thursday 29th June from 6-7pm (doors open at 5.45pm).

To find out more information and/or to RSVP, you can call 0151 236 6746.
