Specialist lender delivers funding to landlord in just 24 hours

Together teamed up with second charge master broker Smart Money to provide a landlord with much needed funding within 24 hours.

The specialist lender provided £48,500 to enable a landlord to complete renovations on his buy-to-let property.

The funding was urgently required to pay contractors working on his tenanted north London property so that he could finish the refurbishment on time.
