New expat BTL mortgage launched by Aldermore

A new buy-to-let mortgage designed for British expats has been launched by Aldermore Bank, which is available through Expat Packager in Oldham.

The product, which is available to British citizens and foreign nationals living in any country within the Financial Action Task Force, has rates from 4.18% and is available up to 75% loan-to-value (LTV) for remortgages and new acquisitions.

Funding is available for individual buy-to-let properties, HMOs of up to sex-bedrooms, as well as up too four multiple units on freehold titles.

Stuart Marshall, director of Expat Packager, commented: “We’re delighted to be one of only two packagers working with award-winning specialist lender, Aldermore Bank.

“By joining our lender panel, they are considerably widening the choices available to our brokers and their clients, ensuring Aldermore are able to deliver a solution for expats who might traditionally have been excluded from access to finance.”
