The dominant theme over the past 12 months or so has been the introduction of the 3% stamp duty surcharge on second homes, including buy-to-let properties, as well as the phasing out of mortgage tax relief reductions. Then of course, there is Brexit. But what’s next?

A diary fixture since the late 1980’s, The Property Investor & Homebuyer Show is the benchmark event for the residential sector, not to mention the largest gathering / networking hub that the industry has to offer, and so it should help you discover what the near term future for the buy-to-let sector holds?

To those heading to London ExCeL do stop by at the Angels Media stand and say hello to the Landlord Today team. We’ll be delighted to see you.
