A landlord in Newcastle has been left with no alternative but to evict a tenant who was repeatedly disturbing his neighbours with wild party sessions that would often last until the early hours of the morning.
Geordie Shore star Marty Mckenna took to Instagram this week to reveal that he has been evicted from his rented flat in Newcastle for anti-social behaviour.
After posting disgusting images of his urine against a wall outside the flat, he also posted an image of the tenancy termination notice he received from the letting agent, which stated that the landlord was giving him the required two months notice to vacate the property.
The letter made it clear that Mckenna was being asked to leave because of his partying, stating: “Due to the various complaints the landlord has received throughout your tenancy regarding parties, the landlord does not feel that signing a further tenancy would benefit either party.
“If you find a new property before the check-out date… the landlord would be happy for you to be released early from the current agreement.”
Marty joked that the eviction may cause him to have to move to a different city altogether and away from Newcastle. But wherever he ends up, spare a thought for his next landlord and poor neighbours
