Access 2 View, the online support service that provides landlords and letting agents with a range of services, including property management, property viewings, inventories, floor plans, photography and key management, is now into its fifth year and making serious headway with their turnkey solution for clients.
The company, which started as a viewings service quickly but later shifted to providing marketing, concierge, inventories and document services, has decided to recruit field agents, as opposed to using contractors, in order to assist them in the field.
“Our growth has been solely through recommendation or our website. Even in an industry that is as cutthroat as property we've had clients recommending their competitors to use our service,” said Jim Johnston, founder of Access 2 View.
Access 2 View has invested heavily in its bookings technology and API’s and Johnston firmly believes that the company is now ahead of any competition as a consequence.
He continued: “We are at the stage whereby we don't need additional funding or investment, we are just constantly growing with demand”
