Vida Homeloans will start to provide specialist residential and buy-to-let mortgages to clients of Personal Touch Financial Services’ after being appointed to the adviser network’s panel of lenders.
The new collaboration offers the 220 member firms of Personal Touch access to a range of Vida’s products, including its specialist buy-to-let range, including products for multi-unit blocks up to five units and HMOs up to eight bedrooms with no additional rate loading or fee.
“Our buy-to-let range caters for expats, limited companies, SPVs and portfolio landlords who wish to finance up to 15 properties, or £2m with Vida Homeloans and have up to 50 properties in total,” said Louisa Sedgwick, director of sales at Mortgages at Vida Homeloans.
Vida Homeloans recently announced the introduction of new lending criteria for customers with impaired and improving credit records.
The specialist mortgage lender for intermediaries will permit up to three missed unsecured payments within the last six months up to a combined total of £250 on both buy-to-let and residential mortgages.
Vida’s new criteria is available on all tiers across product ranges and on the majority of loan-to-value (LTV) loans.
