The student buy-to-let market continues to offer landlords the potential of good returns.
Research by Totally Money suggests that student property is currently one of the best investments available, while a new survey looking at which university towns offer the best yields for landlords has identified Durham as the number one destination at the moment.
But just how much can you expect to achieve in rent if investing in a major UK university town and city?
SpareRoom has released an interesting new chart that ranks the average rental price in university towns and cities of the UK’s top 30 ranked universities, from lowest to highest.
