Buy-to-let landlords with properties in Hampshire and Sussex, may be keen to learn that local lettings and property management specialist, LetCo, has been taken over by LSL Property Services.
LetCo, founded in 2006, has long supported landlords in Hampshire and Sussex, while in 2016 the company acquiring Portsmouth-based Top-Let.
Ellie Hall, acquisitions & integration director for LSL Acquisitions, commented: “We are delighted to have acquired LetCo and see this as further evidence of LSL’s continued drive to acquire letting books across the country .
“All existing LetCo customers have been informed of the change of ownership but, as the business will continue to operate with its existing team ‘on hand’ [and from its current premises in Whiteley], it is expected that it will be very much business as usual for existing LetCo landlords and tenants.”
LSL is continuing to explore other acquisition opportunities which could mean that they soon move in to an area near you.
