New app launched to help you manage your buy-to-let portfolio

A new app has been launched to support landlords and ensure that they understand the complex landscape of residential property legislation, including the requirement to fulfil their property compliance responsibilities without the high costs and complexity typically associated with it.

The residential lettings sector is experiencing huge change with new legislation on the way which means that those involved in the industry need to stay at the forefront of the latest developments.

The platform, launched by Let’s Shield, aims to keeps landlords and their agents abreast of changing legislation by offering them free webinars and valuable resources on the latest developments and what they mean for them.

The app offers access to up to date information, practical training on becoming competent assessors, and property assessment tools which can be used to store data and produce reports.

With an integrated software system allowing a fully automated process from start to finish, the app provides online training, assessments and reports for Smoke and Carbon Monoxide Alarm Testing, Legionella Risk Assessment, Fire Risk Assessment, Housing Health and Safety Rating System Assessment.
