A number of buy-to-let landlords and property enthusiasts will visit the Olympia Conference Centre in London today in order to obtain free expert advice to help guide them with their investments.
With so much change and uncertainty in the market, the National Landlord Investment Show appeals to a wide range of existing and prospective buy-to-let investors, with visitors able to attend seminars and stands covering all the biggest industry issues from the phasing out of mortgage interest relief to Brexit and its impact on the private rented sector.
The show will feature a series of expert property panel discussions, including the Government Panel Debate, which will be hosted by journalist and broadcaster Andrew Neil.
The debate, which will kick-off today’s show will also feature Iain Duncan Smith, former Conservative Party Leader & Secretary of State for Work and Pensions, along with David Smith, economics editor at the Sunday Times, Gavin Fraser, managing director of High Street Residential, and Tony Gimple, founder of Less Tax 4 Landlords.
The panels are free to attend for visitors that register their interest online and are on a first-come, first-served basis.
In addition to the property panels, there are more than 40 additional complimentary seminar sessions, covering the entire spectrum of buy-to-let, as well as over 100 exhibitors.
