The Lettings Hub joins forces with proptech provider teclet

The Lettings Hub, a major tenant referencing and let insurance provider, has joined forces with teclet, a cloud-based, automated software platform.

The new partnership, designed to support letting agents, landlords and tenants, allowing customers of both businesses to take advantage of the integration, enabling increased efficiency and streamlined processing across several product lines.

Heidi Shackell, CEO of The Lettings Hub, commented: “We are committed to supporting our customers at a time when creating efficiencies is critical to their businesses and have further API partnerships and integrations planned throughout the remainder of 2019’.

teclet provides 24/7 access to agents, landlords and tenants, and says that approaching 30% of its interactions take place outside normal business hours.
