Skipton International has launched a new remortgage offer that it hopes will appeal to UK expats.

Skipton is offering to refund an application fee of £999 if the remortgage completes within one month of receiving the application.

The offer is applicable to any remortgage application received by the end of March, including where clients plan to release equity with a view to acquiring additional property.

Roger Hughes, business development manager at Skipton International, commented: “With strong demand from overseas residents for UK buy-to-let mortgages, we are always looking for opportunities to make our mortgage proposition more attractive. This offer helps us be one of the most competitive players in the buy-to-let market for overseas residents.”
