Love to Rent is teaming up with the UK Apartment Association (UKAA) to host a webinar focusing on Covid-19 and the Build to Rent (BTR) market next week.

The webinar, which will be held next Wednesday at 10am, will be chaired by Peter Sloane, of Love to Rent.

Joining Sloane on the webinar will be Sarah Quinn, director of operations at Moda, as well as Lizzie Stevens, director of market rent at Folio, Sophie Trotman, marketing manager at Folio, and Will Waller, director BTR at Arcadis.

The webinar will address the seismic impact Covid-19 has had on the property sector as a whole and look at its effects on development markets. It will also examine how society might change after lockdown, how the BTR market might emerge and what the industry can do to put itself in a position of strength post Covid-19.

Over the course of the hour webinar, the panel will also discuss how interaction, support and community engagement throughout lockdown has created enormous brand loyalty and further raised the positive benefits of quality rented homes as well as what lasting impact the crisis might have for BTR products and the supply chain.
