A new property search platform aimed at buy-to-let investors has been launched.
PropertyXYZ, a data focussed platform, uses technology to provide property purchasers with a range of features to help find property opportunities across the UK, including a focus on buy-to-let.
Investors can select from more than 100,000 properties for sale and obtain detailed data on any property.
The free to use website was created almost 12 months ago by co-founders Robert Jones and Dr. Simone Di Cola.
Jones said: “With a focused approach we believe we can generate quality ‘new’ inquiries for agents where they may not have had insight or access to property investors previously.”
