Over 40 seminars will be held today at the latest Landlord Investment Show, which will also host a lively debate on evictions.

Topic for discussions will include tax and finance advice, investment opportunities, HMO advice, property training and how landlords can grow and retain a property portfolio.

Show founder Tracey Hanbury says: “We have some quite incredible exhibitors signed up – with superb products and services. Plus, with the property market remaining buoyant, and government incentives to buy, there’s no time like the present to get involved. This is a real celebration of the property industry and we’d love for you to be involved.”

David Smith, economics editor of The Sunday Times, will be holding a seminar titled ‘The economic overview for the future landscape of UK landlords’ and comments: “The housing market had a sharp slowdown but has had a really big and pronounced recovery since then. House prices are up. Activity is up. Mortgages approvals are at their highest for several years. One of the questions I’ll be asking at the show is whether this will last? I think that’s a really big question to everyone who invests in the housing market. It’s going to be a great show – I am really looking forward to it and I hope you are too.”
