Tenant software supplier Bunk says the media’s writing off of the student accommodation rental market is misplaced - and it claims the sector remains strong despite Coronavirus.
Bunk conducted a survey of students last month; although there were only 300 participants the company says 85 per cent of current students said they would return to rent a property in their university town for next academic year, despite the ongoing pandemic.
Some four out of five of these students have said whilst this university experience has been different to how they had imagined, they would still rather be enrolled and living at university rather than at home.

Every one to their own, I last rented to students in the 90s, these days I rent unfurnished to working tenants.
I back both horses but get better yields and less hassle from students.
