We’re delighted that landlords will be starting their Christmas break - and it’s rarely been more deserved after an immensely difficult year for many obvious reasons.

Landlord Today returns on Tuesday December 29, and on Wednesday 30 and Thursday 31. After the New Year holiday we’re back as usual every weekday from January 4

Thanks for the 'Merry Christmas from Landlord Today' wishes. But "Landlords will be starting their Christmas break"? Not if they are managing their own properties and their tenants rings up to say there's a major leak, or no electricity or whatever else on Xmas Day ....... The phone can ring with an emergency problem at any time. Not that I'm hoping this for anyone. Merry Christmas to all fellow-readers of Landlord Today. Hope you all have a trouble-free 2021.

Hi Andrew, it looks as if he went missing from this site after a comment where a word or part of a word might have been construed to eluded to a particular type of person or persons, perhaps I shouldn't make such assumptions and apologize in advance. I know shortly after the blogs stopped he was on a break in Egypt where I seen a blog on an other platform, maybe the pharos got him. I have to be careful or I might get Blacked. Happy Christmas to Paul, all Tenants & Landlords every where.
