A virtual show about pest control is being targeted at landlords because of the strong links between pests and housing in general.

PestExtra, organised by the British Pest Control Association, will showcase the latest trends, products and expertise in the pest industry.

Bringing together thought leaders and public health pest experts, the three-day virtual conference and trade show will enable private landlords to tap into the latest thinking and innovation in a digital format.

The event includes seminars, product demonstrations, competitions and activities, plus a virtual exhibition hall.

Opportunities to interact and network with the latest pest control technology and services from the world’s leading suppliers of pest control products and services will also be provided.

PestExtra will run on Tuesday 16, Wednesday 17 and Thursday 18 March.

BPCA president Philip Halpin says: “Pest control and housing go hand-in-hand and it is vital for those working in both sectors to understand how the other works to ensure the best outcomes.

“PestExtra will provide the ideal platform to connect, in an intuitive and informative format.   We’re excited to launch this digital alternative to our flagship trade show, and we look forward to welcoming visitors from the private rental sector to it.”
