There will be further opportunities for attendees to engage with additional panel debates on the subsequent topics, including the  effects of Proptech on the buy-to-let market hosted by Paul Shamplina of Landlord Action.

Peter Licourinos, HMO on Steroids and HMO Premier, will be chairing the UK’s largest HMO debate which will focus on how to make HMOs work and avoiding the pitfalls.

In addition to the panel debates which feature notable figures from government, media and the property industry, the show offers an ample opportunity for attendees to engage with over 100 exhibitors and 45+ educational seminars running back to back throughout the day. Overall, the show provides the perfect platform for landlords and property professionals to share and exchange knowledge about best practices and current challenges facing the buy-to-let-market.

A spokesperson for the National Landlord Investment Show, said: "It's crazy and incredibly exciting we will be hosting our 70th show at London Olympia this coming March. Now more than ever, it is crucial UK landlords and property investors are completely informed about what is going on in the real estate industry, and our 70th show will surely not disappoint in doing this through a breadth of expertise from our exhibitors, panel debates and seminars- it's an event you certainly won't want to miss as we look ahead into 2020 and the new decade!"

If you wish to attend the show, admission is free, all you have to do is register here. Doors will open at 8:30 am at London Olympia Conference Centre.
