Draker Lettings is celebrating its 10th anniversary with the launch of its ‘let for free’ initiative aimed at landlords with properties in Notting Hill, Bayswater and Holland Park.

the first-year introductory commission and saving an average of £5,000.

This ‘let for free’ campaign aims to build on Draker’s continued success in the west London lettings market, where currently they collect annual rent on behalf of clients for a figure in excess of £30m.

Tim Hassell, managing director of Draker Lettings, said: “Our success in Fulham and Chelsea and the feedback we get from our landlords, tells us that there is a huge appetite for our specialised lettings only service. What better way to get the word out in a new area than to deliver an unbeatable offer!”

Hassell added: “There is no catch - we simply want to reach a new audience very quickly with an offer that speaks for itself. We’re confident that our unrivalled service will encourage landlords to continue with us beyond the initial first year.”
