App allows landlords and prospective tenants to transact online

In response to the widespread of the COVID-19 virus, many landlords with vacant properties are looking for new ways in which to engage directly with prospective tenants whilst they stay at home.

Since the coronavirus outbreak, the whole world has been brought to a halt, but one letting platform claims that it can currently enable users in London to conclude the entire process of renting or letting a property via its application.

Rentd is the only fully automated platform allowing tenants and landlords to transact with no human interaction, according to the firm’s co-founder and CEO, Ahmed Gamal.

He said: “We at Rentd are creating a new eco-system in this very old fashioned market. We cannot deny that technology has not already entered the residential rental market, however we can say that our technology shall make it seamless for the user to achieve their goal with near no human interaction.

“Our product shall relieve tenants and landlords from all the aggravation currently involved everyday in the market.”
