New partnership will not only help letting agents, ‘but landlords and renters too’

Some buy-to-let landlords stand to benefit from a new partnership between no-deposit solution provider flatfair and Homesearch, it has been claimed.

The collaboration will provide agents with one year’s free access to the Homesearch Network for 12 months covered by flatfair, which should have knock-on benefits for landlord clients.

flatfair offers a no-deposit solution, enabling renters to access reduced up-front moving costs, while landlords could benefit from better cover and greater protection offered by a traditional custodial deposit.

Sam Hunter, COO of Homesearch, said: “Part of our long-term mission is to make the property market the best environment for everyone involved, which is why I’m so excited about this partnership. It really is a solution that helps not just letting agents, but landlords and renters too.”

Simon Scott, director at flatfair, added: “We believe that as many agents as possible should benefit from what Homesearch has built, which is why we’re delighted to be working with them to bring that opportunity to our new clients.”
