Agency staging free webinars for would-be landlords

An agency is claiming its series of webinars for buy to let landlords and investors is proving a big success - with one in the near future tailored for first time landlords.

Yorkshire company Preston Baker Estate and Letting Agents says it’s attracted a strong following for earlier webinars.

“The response and feedback has been incredible” says Preston Baker’s lettings business development manager Grace Hopkinson, who co-hosts webinars with client service manager Gemma Eastwood.

“The UK rental market is buoyant and there are great opportunities for landlords and investors” adds Hopkinson.

“We have lots of great market insights, knowledge and experience to share with landlords and investors looking to purchase buy-to-let properties, expand current portfolios and manage existing portfolios. We will be covering topics in our free monthly webinars, including help and advice for first-time and would-be landlords, as well as lots of useful information and tips for existing landlords.”
