Landlord Today would like to wish all landlords and their families and colleagues a wonderful Christmas 2021.

It’s been an exhausting year for the industry, mostly for good reasons as a very active market has meant the lettings sector has fared better than most during the continuing pandemic.

Landlord Today is now having a break, too, but only until Wednesday December 29 when we have our next edition. But you will not miss out on any major breaking news between now and then – if a big story happens there will be a newsflash straight to your inbox, and you can see alerts via Twitter if you follow Landlord Today editor Graham Norwood @propertyjourn.

In the meantime, have a good break and thanks so much for your company throughout 2021.
