Love to Rent, a portal that markets properties to let, is to stage a customer awareness week to push Build To Rent developments.
The campaign is called ‘Renting.....but not as you know it!’ and is backed by the British Property Federation and BTR trade body the UKAA.
The week will start with a customer-focused video that showcases customer lifestyle and key messages.
A specifically designed website has been developed where BTR operators have the opportunity to promote their developments case studies, videos, incentives and events planned to get relevant information to the customer, free of charge.
The site will drive enquiries about specific developments to the Love to Rent website where clients will receive potential enquiries and leads generated throughout the week and ongoing.
Anne-Marie Brown, founder of Love to Rent, says: “Our aim is to connect with the public, raise the profile and provide information about what Build To Rent is and why it is different from other private renting ... Working collaboratively will provide the best outcome and Love to Rent is encouraging as many developers/organisations in the build to rent sector to get involved in the week, to make sure that customers truly understand what choices they have.”
