Property Investor Show is back - and it’s REAL, not virtual

The Property Investor Show is back and in person, rather than virtual.

It’s been announced that it will take place at London’s ExCel Centre on October 15 and 16 - the first large scale property investment exhibition to be held face to face in London since Covid restrictions have been relaxed.

There will be some 90 exhibitors with an audience anticipated of up to 6,000 over the two days.

Speakers include David Cox, compliance and licensing director at Rightmove; Landlord Action founder Paul Shamplina; Vanessa Warwick of Property Tribes and Ben Beadle, chief executive of the National and Residential Landlords Association.

Panel debates will cover topics including Holiday Lets – expert advice on how to maximise yields; How to buy and sell at property auctions - the way the pros do; Fraudulent Tenants - identifying them and avoiding them; Using data to boost your investment outcome; Starting and growing your property development business; and the State of the Private Rental Sector.

Nick Clark, show managing director, says: “Networking is such an important part of our sector and I suspect that most of us are all rather ‘Zoomed out’ now after many months of sitting in front of a two-dimensional screen.

“Our forum is a place to meet, build relationships and to conduct business across the property and property investment space and I’m delighted our event is leading the way in facilitating such."

Mortgage funders, estate agents, lettings agents, developers, property management, PropTech, legal firms and investment platforms are likely to be present.
