High end lettings agency Strutt & Parker says the outlook for Prime Central London is improving slightly with more activity reported in the market by agents.
However, a lack of stock and the absence of international renters in the market is impacting prices.
In terms of lettings transactions, Q1 2021 and Q2 2021 saw 132 and 155 per cent growth respectively on the historically low Q2 2020 levels, says Strutts.
However, the agency admits there is still some considerable market uncertainty given the wider economic outlook.

I use Strutt , excellent agency !
I've never used Strutt, William H Brown in Norwich are worse than hopeless, wet behind the ears youngsters, I've used a small independent with one office and 4-5 staff for more than 15 yrs now and it works well.
Have you seen the new show with Jeremy sharkson and his farm ?
Strutt handled that , great show , the Strutt guy and the young farmhand try and control jezza … good luck with that 😂
