An accountancy firm is holding a free webinar for landlords and other property investors to look east ongoing changes to tax rules and other property regulations.

Hayward Wright has partnered with other experts from Platinum Property Agents and property finance firm Hammock to put together a webinar on January 25.

The online event, led by Hayward Wright managing director Alistair Hayward-Wright, will focus on tax savings around property investments, innovative technology that automates administration, compliance and general maintenance, plus a talk on raising finance for existing portfolios and new acquisitions.

He says: “The last few years have seen the property sector experience both highs and lows. However, they have consistently dealt with new legislation and tax rules that are often complex and costly.

“We want to give those in the industry a chance to catch up on new regulations, learn about new opportunities for financing their growth and explore how technology can make their lives easier.
