The National Landlord Investment Show is back in London next week with a pledge that it will be the most spectacular yet.

There will be over 100 exhibitors, more than 50 speakers and four panel sessions, including one chaired by veteran journalist and property enthusiast Andrew Neil.

He kicks off the panel sessions with ‘2022 Property Forecast: Rain or Shine?’ and Neil’s fellow panellists will be Chris Bailey, the co-founder of Less Tax 4 Landlords; Kam Dovedi, the founder of Premier Property Education; and Naveen Jaspal, the chief operating officer of Mashroom.

A later session considers the perennial question: ‘What investment is right for you in 2022?’ And the final panel session of the day assesses: ‘A commonwealth of post-Brexit opportunity and building wealth through relationships’.

Investment show co-founder Tracey Hanbury says: “We are absolutely delighted to be returning to Old Billingsgate after the huge success of last year’s London show. We have exhibitors from all compass points of the property and investment sector, plus expert speakers offering excellent advice and brilliant panel sessions.

“Our March event marks our 72nd live show so we really know our audience. Being landlords ourselves we also know exactly what the market needs, and how to translate that requirement into producing top quality events. As always, access to all of this is free, you just need to register via our website. Although I’d be quick as the tickets are going like hotcakes.”

Elements of the exhibition and panels will consider legal advice, finance suppliers, investment opportunities, tax experts, property management, education and mentoring, PropTech, furnishings, decor and other services.

And the Property Elevator Angels – John Howard, Ranjan Bhattacharya, Helen Chorley, Paul Mahoney and Nicholas Wallwork – will be considering pitches from aspiring property entrepreneurs live on the day between 13:15 and 14:45.
