A new version of PropTech platform Yuno claims to solve the problem of how a landlord should decide what is the best use of a property – short let, long let, serviced and so on.

In a video interview, Paul Conway – the chief executive and and founder of Yuno – says the range of options available to landlords will be highly site-specific, depending on factors such as licensing, size of property, cost of instructing agents, and many more.

He explores this in detail in a seven minute video interview with Lee Dahill of Angels Media – exclusively available for Landlord Today readers.
