Eddie Hughes MP – the sole surviving Boris Johnson appointee in the housing ministry and the man behind the Renters Reform Bill – is to address the National Residential Landlords Association conference.
Hosted by Paul Lewis, veteran presenter of Radio 4’s Money Box, the Landlord Conference 2022 says it will offer attendees “a wealth of information and practical guidance on future housing law reform, legislative impacts, and upcoming energy efficiency regulation.”

– Get onsite advice, guidance, and special offers from a range of exhibitors;
– Network and share experiences with other landlords and agents; and
– Claim five standard CPD points to keep up to date.
Other speakers include NRLA chief executive Ben Beadle; Paul Shamplina, the founder of Landlord Action; respected property industry law expert David Smith; and former ARLA chief executive David Cox, now the Rightmove compliance director.
