A new version of PropTech platform Yuno claims to solve the problem of how a landlord should decide what is the best use of a property - short let, long let, serviced and so on.
In a video interview, Paul Conway - the chief executive and and founder of Yuno - says the range of options available to landlords will be highly site-specific, depending on factors such as licensing, size of property, cost of instructing agents, and many more.
