Landlords are being invited to attend a free webinar about disrepair in residential property.

The event takes place next Wednesday, March 29, and is organised by Exeter council to help landlords understand their obligations when it comes to repairs.

Tozers LLP’s Senior Associate and solicitor Joanne Young and Assistant Solicitor Martina Wise will be providing expert insights on this topic in a live session starting at 6pm.

Young has almost 20 years of experience in handling property litigation matters for both private and public sector landlords.

Wise works on a variety of property-related disputes and has recently qualified as a lawyer, having worked as a legal executive for several years.

They will also offer insights on what the future may hold for landlords regarding repairs and maintenance in the rental market.

To book a place, visit here and register for the session.
