St Albans council is hosting a Landlord Forum on Tuesday May 23.

This will be an opportunity for landlords and letting agents to network and learn about new legislation that may affect them.

There will be guest speakers to provide advice and information on key issues. Staff from the Council’s private sector housing team and its Mosaic Lettings Help-to-Let scheme will also be in attendance along with a representative from the National Residential Landlords Association.

The event will take place from 6.30pm to 8.30pm at the Council Chamber, The Civic Centre, St Peter’s Street, St Albans, and is free.
